Card Counting Fitness Coach ("the App", "we", "us") is an iOS card counting training app developed and published by JSC BIZ, LLC. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the Card Counting Fitness Coach iOS app.

Short version: Card Counting Fitness Coach does not collect or share your personal information. All training data and progress stays on your device.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

Your name, email address, or any account information
Location data
Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, etc.)
Training statistics or behavioral data sent off-device
Health or financial information
Photos, contacts, or camera data

3. What Stays on Your Device

The following data is stored locally on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults and SwiftData systems and is never transmitted to us or any third party:

Training progress, drill results, and practice streaks
CCQ Score history and XP level
Session journal entries
App settings and preferences
Onboarding and baseline assessment completion status

This data can be removed at any time by deleting the app from your device.

4. No Analytics

Card Counting Fitness Coach does not use any third-party analytics SDK, advertising network, tracking pixel, or data broker — in the app or otherwise.

5. Subscriptions

Card Counting Fitness Coach offers auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store. All purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements on-device. RevenueCat does not receive personally identifiable information from us. Apple's privacy policy governs all transaction data. 6. Push Notifications

If you enable training reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device using Apple's notification system. No notification data is transmitted to us or any third party.

7. Age Rating

Card Counting Fitness Coach is rated 18+ on the App Store due to simulated gambling content (a blackjack training simulator). The app does not involve real money, real gambling, or any connection to online gaming platforms.

8. Children's Privacy

This app is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors. Because we collect no personal information at all, there is no data to retain or delete on our end.

9. Data Retention

Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our end. Data stored locally on your device can be removed at any time by deleting the app.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California), or similar privacy laws. Because Card Counting Fitness Coach does not collect personal data, there is no profile to access, correct, or delete on our servers.
