Best Euchre Coach ("the App", "we", "us") is an iOS card game and coaching app developed and published by JSC BIZ, LLC. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the Best Euchre Coach iOS app.

Short version: Best Euchre Coach does not collect, store, or share your personal information. The app runs entirely on your device.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any account information
• Location data
• Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, etc.)
• Gameplay statistics or behavioral data sent off-device
• Health or financial information
• Photos, contacts, or camera data

3. What Stays on Your Device

The following data is stored locally on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults system and is never transmitted to us or any third party:

• Game settings and preferences (language, card style, play speed, IQ level)
• Sound preferences
• Coach mode toggle state
• Onboarding completion status

This data can be removed at any time by deleting the app from your device.

4. No Analytics

Best Euchre Coach does not use any third-party analytics SDK, advertising network, tracking pixel, or data broker — in the app or otherwise.

5. One-Time Purchase

Best Euchre Coach is sold as a one-time paid download through the Apple App Store. All purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store any payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs all transaction data.

6. Children's Privacy

Best Euchre Coach is a general-audience card game suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Because we collect no personal information at all, the App complies with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and Apple's guidelines for apps accessible to minors.

7. Data Retention

Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our end. Data stored locally on your device can be removed at any time by deleting the app.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California), or similar privacy laws.
