Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Best Euchre Coach iOS application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is published by JSC BIZ, LLC ("Developer", "we", "us").

2. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Best Euchre Coach App on any Apple device you own or control. This license is solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Best Euchre Coach is a paid app available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases. All transactions are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us. Contact Apple Support for purchase issues.

4. User Conduct

Best Euchre Coach is a single-player card game with AI opponents. There are no online multiplayer features, user accounts, or user-generated content. You agree to use the App only as intended and not to exploit bugs or glitches.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the Best Euchre Coach App — including but not limited to the code, graphics, text, sounds, coaching logic, and lesson content — is owned by JSC BIZ, LLC or used under license. The rules of Euchre are in the public domain; the specific expression, artwork, and implementation are protected by copyright.

"Best Euchre Coach" is a trademark of JSC BIZ, LLC. You may not use the name, logo, or branding without written permission.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect (none) and how we handle it. By using the App, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of the App is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JSC BIZ, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

9. Apple App Store Additional Terms

Your use of the App downloaded from the Apple App Store is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. Apple is not responsible for the App or these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Henry County, Indiana.
