I Play Euchre ("the App", "we", "us") is a card game developed and published by JSC BIZ, LLC. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the I Play Euchre iOS app or visit iplayeuchre.com.

Short version: I Play Euchre does not collect, store, or share your personal information. The game runs entirely on your device.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any account information
• Location data
• Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, etc.)
• Gameplay statistics or behavioral data sent off-device
• Health or financial information
• Photos, contacts, or camera data

3. What Stays on Your Device

The following data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us or any third party:

• Game settings and preferences (language, difficulty, theme)
• Saved replays and game history
• Rewards and achievement progress
• In-app purchase receipts (managed by Apple)

4. Analytics

The I Play Euchre website (iplayeuchre.com) uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (page views, general geography, browser type). This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify individual visitors. The iOS app does not use any third-party analytics SDK.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time via Google's opt-out browser add-on.

5. In-App Purchases

Any purchases made through I Play Euchre are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs all transaction data.

6. Children's Privacy

I Play Euchre is a general-audience card game suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Because we collect no personal information at all, the App complies with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and Apple's guidelines for apps accessible to minors.

7. Third-Party Services

The App itself integrates with no third-party services. The website uses Google Analytics (described above). No advertising networks, tracking pixels, or data brokers are used in either the App or the website.

8. Data Retention

Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our end. Data stored locally on your device can be removed at any time by deleting the app.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California), or similar privacy laws.
