Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the I Play Euchre iOS application ("App") or visiting iplayeuchre.com ("Website"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.

These Terms apply to all users of the App and Website. The App is published by JSC BIZ, LLC ("Developer", "we", "us").

2. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the I Play Euchre App on any Apple device you own or control. This license is solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

I Play Euchre may offer optional in-app purchases (e.g., premium features, cosmetic unlocks). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

In-app purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or as provided by Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly — contact Apple Support for purchase issues.

4. User Conduct

I Play Euchre is a single-player and local multiplayer card game. There are no online multiplayer features, user accounts, or user-generated content at this time. You agree to use the App only as intended and not to exploit bugs or glitches for unauthorized advantage.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the I Play Euchre App and Website — including but not limited to the code, graphics, text, sounds, and historical narrative — is owned by JSC BIZ, LLC or used under license. The rules of Euchre are in the public domain; the specific expression, artwork, and implementation are protected by copyright.

"I Play Euchre" is a trademark of JSC BIZ, LLC. You may not use the name, logo, or branding without written permission.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect (very little) and how we handle it. By using the App, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Use of the App is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JSC BIZ, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Apple App Store Additional Terms

Your use of the App downloaded from the Apple App Store is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall govern with respect to App Store operations.

Apple is not responsible for the App or these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Henry County, Indiana.
